A gentle circulatory massage with oils involving long flowing connective strokes, kneading, rocking, and stretching/tractioning. Swedish massage gives relief from superficial muscle aches and tension, improves the flexibility of the tissues, benefits the immune system by moving lymph and blood (circulation), and mobilizing stagnant substances for removal by the body. This type of massage is great for relaxation, promoting circulation, emotional wellbeing, stess relief, and rejuvenation.
PRENATAL MASSAGE
Prenatal massage is essentially Swedish massage catered specifically to the needs of the pregnant woman, with considerations taken for safe positioning, pressure, and contraindications. Prenatal massage helps to reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pains, and improve labor outcomes and newborn health. Massage reduces swelling and other common discomforts associated with the skeletal and circulatory changes brought on by hormone shifts during pregnancy, and can aid in the regulation of thehormones themselves. It is also a great aid in promoting sleep for those who are having difficulty.
HOT STONE MASSAGE
This massage is a Swedish massage including strokes with heated, smooth river stones that deliver deep, radiant heat and comfort and relaxation to the body. This massage is a favorite with chilly people. Not recommended for pregnant receivers or those with high blood pressure.

I am so in love with this brilliant and complete form of medicine. It is truly holistic- as all aspects of a person are accounted for in a prescription.
